The All Progressives Congress (APC) has announced the resumption of its electronic membership registration exercise across the country.
According to a statement signed by the party’s National Publicity Secretary, Felix Morka, the exercise is taking place in all wards and designated locations nationwide, with existing members urged to validate their membership, while new members are encouraged to register.
The latest resumption follows the conclusion of the earlier phase of the exercise, which ended on February 8, 2026, after the party extended the initial January 31 deadline to allow for wider participation by members across the country.
It stated that registrants must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid National Identification Number (NIN).
The APC explained that the e-registration initiative is designed to digitise its membership database, ensure the integrity of records and improve access to data for planning and decision-making.
It added that the exercise would also promote internal democracy and reinforce its commitment to innovation in Nigeria’s political process.
