Chief of the Air Staff, Air Marshal Sunday Kelvin Aneke, has charged commanders of the Nigerian Air Force to intensify operational pressure on insurgents and other criminal elements across the country.
The charge was given during an operational briefing held on May 18 with Branch Chiefs, Air Officers Commanding, Directors, and Air Component Commanders from various operational theatres nationwide.

During the meeting, the Air Chief stressed the need for continuous evaluation and reassessment of operational strategies to ensure maximum effectiveness in ongoing military operations.
He emphasised that every mission undertaken by the Nigerian Air Force must produce decisive results against hostile elements while maintaining professionalism and precision to protect civilianlives.

The briefing formed part of ongoing efforts by the Nigerian Air Force to strengthen mission readiness and enhance operational effectiveness in counter-insurgency and other security operations across the country.
