The Institute of Educational Leadership Practitioners of Nigeria (IELPN), has concluded arrangements to hold it’s 2O25 International Conference at the Tai Solarin University of Education, Ijagun, Ijebu Ode, Ogun State, from August 12 to 15, 2O25.
Addressing journalists at a press briefing ahead of the confeence, the Registrar and Cheif Executive of the Institute, Dr. Olufunmilayo Olusa, said that the conference, with a theme: Collaborative Leadership In The Digital Age: Building Global Partnerships For Excellence In Education Through Technology, is apt especially in the age of rapid digital transformation.
According to the Registrar, this year’s conference reflects share commitment to shaping a new kind of leadership that is ethical, inclusive, and technology-driven.
“It is my honour to welcome you all to this important press briefing ahead of our much-anticipated International Conference of the Institute of Educational Leadership Practitioners of Nigeria (IELPN), scheduled to hold from August 12th to 15th, 2025, at the Tai Solarin University of Education, Ijagun, Ijebu Ode, Ogun State.
“This year’s conference theme, “Collaborative Leadership in the Digital Age: Building Global Partnerships for Excellence in Education through Technology,” reflects our commitment to shaping a new kind of leadership—one that is ethical, inclusive, and technology-driven.
“In an age of rapid digital transformation, leadership in education must evolve to meet the needs of our learners, institutions, and society at large. This conference will serve as a platform for thought leaders, researchers, policymakers, and practitioners from across Nigeria and beyond to share ideas, deepen capacity, and forge partnerships for educational advancement.
“We are pleased to announce that the conference will feature:
• Keynote sessions by distinguished national and international scholars
• Panel discussions with leading education administrators
• Workshops on Artificial Intelligence, inclusive learning, data security, and ethical school leadership

Some members of the governing council also corroborates the significance of the conference.
“This year’s conference will be attended by different participants all over the country and beyond Nigeria. We have participants coming from the area of policy makers, stakeholders in education sectors, teachers, researchers, lecturers from different universities, and school administrators”. Said, Mr. Kayode Owotutu, Member of Governing Council of IELPN.
“The benefit of attending the conference include certificate of attendance to participants, publication of acceptance papers in reputable international journal outlet, networking with people and professionals with high profiles and policy makers”. Said Prof. Akorede Jimoh, A supporter of IELPN.
Other members of the Governing councils of the institute are among the participants and dignitaries that would be in attendance for the conference.
