NAF Releases DSSC 34/2025 List, Training Set to Begin 18 April

The Nigerian Air Force (NAF) has announced the list of successful candidates for its Direct Short Service Commission (DSSC) Course 34/2025, following the completion of its selection process earlier this year.

According to a statement signed by Air Commodore Ehimen Ejodame, Director of Public Relations and Information, the selection board interview was held at NAF Base Kaduna between 12 January and 8 February 2026. The names of successful applicants have been published on the official NAF recruitment portal.https://nafrecruitment.airforce.mil.ng/updates/

The air force said selected candidates are to begin a six-month Basic Cadet Training programme at the Nigerian Defence Academy in Afaka, Kaduna, starting on 18 April 2026.

It added that all candidates must report with their original credentials for documentation and admission, warning that failure to arrive by 6:00 pm on 20 April would result in forfeiture of the offer.The NAF also clarified that candidates will only be recognised as personnel of the service upon successful completion of the training and their commissioning as officers.
