NDLEA Chief named Champion Newspapers’ Man of the Year

The chairman of the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA), retired Brigadier General Mohamed Buba Marwa, has been named Man of the Year by Champion Newspapers.

Marwa received the award for the third time in five years at a ceremony held on Saturday at the Convention Centre of Eko Hotel and Suites in Victoria Island, Lagos.

At the same event, the NDLEA was also honoured with the Most Innovative and Outstanding Public Agency of the Year award.

The awards were received on Mr Marwa’s behalf by the agency’s Director of Media and Advocacy, Femi Babafemi, who attended the ceremony alongside other directors and senior commanders of the NDLEA.
