Photo Story: Students of Senior Command and Staff College Burundi Visit DHQ

A delegation of students from the Senior Command and Staff College, Burundi, paid a visit to the Defence Headquarters (DHQ) in Abuja.

The visit aimed to foster international cooperation and enhance understanding of Nigeria’s military operations and strategies.

Upon arrival, the visiting delegation was warmly received by senior military officials. The students engaged in productive discussions and were briefed on various aspects of Nigeria’s defence policies and operations.

The visit underscores the strong bilateral relations between Nigeria and Burundi, as well as the importance of regional cooperation in maintaining peace and security. The students’ visit to DHQ is part of their academic program, aimed at broadening their knowledge and understanding of military operations and strategies.

The event was marked by a ceremonial reception, presentations, and a tour of the facilities. The visit has further strengthened ties between the two countries’ military institutions.
