The President of the Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN), Archbishop Daniel Okoh has urged Nigerians not to miss out on the chance that the 2023 elections afford them to choose leaders who can lead the country to greatness.
He maintained that amid the various challenges bedeviling the nation, 2023 remains a year of golden opportunities for the people to deploy their voting rights to correct the perennial issue of bad political Leadership.
The CAN President in his New Year’s message also urged those jostling for elective offices to be more responsible in playing politics with the best interest of the masses at heart, saying Nigerians don’t have any other country but Nigeria.
He further appealed to security agencies not to relent in their efforts to ensure safety and security in the country before, during and after the conduct of general elections.
