Eagles FM 102.3 Abuja is looking for a Social Media Content Creator who can turn radio moments into content people stop for, share, and come back to. If you think in hooks, thumbnails, and watch time, this one is for you.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Create

Produce scroll-stopping content daily: short-form video, reels, graphics, audio clips, and copy built for each platform, not recycled across all of them.
Design thumbnails and promo visuals that earn the click and lift viewership.
Turn on-air segments, interviews, and station personalities into clips with a life of their own.

Broadcast

Run live streaming of studio programmes, outside broadcasts, and special events.
Cover station events on the ground, in real time.

Grow

Own and grow our presence on Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
Build and execute a strategy that moves the numbers that matter: followers, subscribers, watch time, engagement, reach.
Promote programmes, campaigns, and commercial partners across digital channels.

Measure

Track performance and report on growth and engagement regularly.
Watch platform trends and algorithm shifts, then bring us ideas before competitors do.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

HND or Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Digital Media, Graphic Design, PR, Computer Science, or a related field.
5+ years of hands-on social media content creation and management, with results you can point to.
Strong copywriting and storytelling instincts.
Practical editing skills across video, graphics, and audio.
Proven experience running live streams without drama.
Working knowledge of platform algorithms, audience behaviour, and digital marketing fundamentals.
Comfort managing several platforms and deadlines at once in a fast-moving newsroom rhythm.
Self-starter energy. Nobody should have to hand you the day’s content plan.

A plus: broadcast media experience, motion graphics, or residence close to our Abuja studio.
