APC Calls for National Renewal, Unity in Christmas Message

The All Progressives Congress (APC) has called for national renewal and unity as Christians across the country mark this year’s Christmas celebration.

In a statement signed by the party’s National Publicity Secretary, Felix Morka, the APC said Christmas, which commemorates the birth of Jesus Christ, embodies God’s love and sacrifice for humanity and underscores the triumph of light over darkness.

The party noted that the season presents Nigerians with an opportunity to embrace values of compassion, peace, love, unity and shared responsibility — virtues it described as essential for strengthening national cohesion.

Mr Morka expressed hope that the message of Christmas would inspire renewed faith in the quest for a more just, united and peaceful country, while also bolstering President Bola Tinubu’s administration as it works to address the nation’s challenges and improve living conditions.

The ruling party wished Nigerians a joyful Christmas and a prosperous new year.
